Terrible service they told us you can't modify your burgers. If you want it plain you can't, you have to have everything on it. It also took 10 mins for them to take our order. Very disappointed in the customer service.
They tend to screw up your order. Twice I have gotten the wrong food.

Place is clean. Has fast service. Prices are a little high, but I had some coupons to help with that.
Good low carb breakfast options available. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They made my steak and cheese burrito into an omelette, which was most appreciated. They also still have the low carb breakfast bowl, which isn't on the posted menus. I'll be back next time I'm in town.
